Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us due to an address error (such as an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout), we are happy to re-ship your coffee—but the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order to avoid delays and extra costs.
Lost Shipments
If your package is marked as lost or undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will gladly re-ship your order free of charge. Just reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
Damaged Orders or Wrong Items
We want you to love your coffee—and get exactly what you ordered. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days at [your email address]. We’ll happily replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost to you.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on coffee.
We’re a nonprofit, and every purchase helps support our mission to give back to the community—thank you for understanding and supporting that purpose.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be canceled and refunded. Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
