Shipping Policy
At Giving Grounds Coffee, we believe good coffee is worth the wait—and worth doing right. Every bag of our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches, so you’re getting quality you can taste, not something that's been sitting on a shelf.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders twice a week—on Mondays and Fridays.
Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Processing Time
Because of our small-batch roasting process, your order may take 1 to 10 business days to be roasted, packed, and shipped. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method (typically 2–5 days for U.S. addresses). Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by holidays or carrier delays.
Freshness Promise
All of our coffee is roasted-to-order to ensure you get the freshest cup possible. We recommend opening your coffee promptly upon arrival and storing it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
