Q: Can I change or cancel my subscription?
A: Yes! Log into your account anytime to:

  • Change how often you get coffee

  • Update your payment info

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

Need to change your shipping address? You’ll need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one with the updated address.

Q: Can I skip a shipment?
A: You can pause your subscription whenever you need a break, then resume when you're ready.

Q: What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?
A: No worries! We’ll try again automatically a few times. Just make sure your payment info is up to date in your account to avoid any interruptions.

Q: Can I gift a subscription?
A: Absolutely! Just use your friend’s shipping info at checkout—it’s the gift that keeps on giving (and brewing ).

Q: Is shipping included?
A: Shipping is not included in the subscription price and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
